FG International Holland BV has a very extensive know-how of more than 25 years how to replace flare tips, even on moving FPSO’s, on top of 120 meter high flare towers.

Many of our long-term customers are now involved in new vessels and rigs and consult FG for the best method of maintenance to flare structures including flare tip replacement as an integral part of the flaring system.
A number of principal options have therefore been developed by FG for Flare Tip Handling Systems (FG FHS) that can be customized to any flare installation and designed in order to provide the maximum deployment of the flare.
The equipment is delivered to the vessel or plant and fixed installed at near the flare (not at the flare platform), thus creating the minimal downtime for the flare.

FG International will dispatch an experienced crew in case of an emergency or scheduled flare tip replacment and can act immediately as alle equipment is already avalaible on board.

FG’s procedure is to perform a design study and quote the FG FHS to the customer, including manufacturing, test loading, shipment, delivery and on board installation, being all intrinsically parts of the contract, as a complete package.
A multi-year contract ensures the customer of the best services, the lowest downtime of the flaring system and the lowest cost against the highest reliability.
