With this goal in mind all involved in the project process are aware of the need to realize an excellent performance. Commitment and dedication to the job of our staff and crews therefore is essential and is constantly promoted and stimulated. The correct follow-up of set out procedures will ensure that customer requirements are being met.

In order to be able to control and guarantee flawless project management, FG International Holland BV handles the projects according to the following:

• Understanding of and applying legal rules
• Understanding the demands of the customer, the customer’s documents, specifications, information and regulations, by means of close communication
• Make sure sufficient means, at every level and in every discipline, necessary for the execution of the works are available
• Make sure the qualified engineers are being selected
• Make sure that tools, equipment, materials, transportation, safety protection, industrial clothing, telecommunication are being used according to set out standards
• Ongoing training and development

Objectives needed to ensure that the requirements of this policy are met and that continual improvement is being implemented are being set, determined and monitored by the management.
