LBO International BV

We are very pleased to inform you that former FG International Holland BV, is taken over by Linjebygg Offshore AS (LBO). The new company will be operating under the name LBO International BV and has restarted with the core personnel of former FGIH and in the same premises in Eindhoven.

This acquisition means a significant strengthening of LBO's internationalization plans. As well as offices in Norway, LBO is already established in Aberdeen, United Kingdom and Houston in the United States.

It is the intention of LBO to achieve significant integration of activities across various LBO locations, by sharing technologies, marketing, logistics and resources in engineering and project implementation.

With this acquisition, LBO, now has over 500 employees. LBO is currently well positioned in strategic segments off the offshore market and is poised to take advantage of the expected increase in offshore activities in the years to come.
